Nation Builders exists to document India's development story with clarity, integrity and independence. Our editorial ethics are the operating manual of our newsroom.

Independence
We take no editorial direction from advertisers, sponsors, government bodies, PSUs or private institutions. Coverage decisions rest solely with the editorial team.
Sourcing
Every factual claim is sourced from a named institution, publicly available document, or on-record interview. Anonymous sources are used sparingly and only when the public interest justifies protection of identity.
Verification
We verify institutional claims against primary documents wherever possible. If a claim cannot be verified, we say so plainly.
Conflicts of interest
Contributors disclose any financial, familial or advisory relationship with subjects of their coverage. Where a conflict exists, the piece is either reassigned or a disclosure notice is appended.
AI assistance
We use AI tools (including Claude and Gemini) to assist with summarisation, drafting and image generation. Every piece is reviewed, verified and approved by a human editor before publication. AI-generated imagery is labelled where required.

We do not endorse political parties or candidates. Policy coverage focuses on institutional design, execution and outcomes.
